The fabrication and production of custom pressure vessels and process tanks is at the core of Buckeye Fabricating Company’s capabilities.  We manufacture both non-code and ASME pressure vessels and process tanks to meet your exact product specifications.  Buckeye Fabricating Company uses both carbon steel and stainless steel in the fabrication of our custom pressure vessels and process tanks, with stainless steel tanks comprising the largest portion of our overall sales.

Time-Tested Quality, Cutting-Edge Production

For more than 50 years, various manufacturers and systems providers nationwide have relied on Buckeye Fabricating Company to produce the highest-quality pressure vessels and process tanks available anywhere.  We use a CNC plasma cutter to guarantee the highest degree of accuracy for the location and fit-up sizing of all tank cutouts, including our stainless steel tanks, storage tanks, process tanks, mixing tanks and ASME pressure vessels.  The system also has line-marking capability to ensure that all attachments are accurately located. This equipment can cut up to 1-inch thick stainless steel, performs flat plate cutouts 10 feet wide x 30 feet long, and can handle dished-head surfaces up to 12 feet in diameter on a third, Z-axis.  We can fabricate custom process tanks as large as 12 feet in diameter, 50 feet long, with an empty weight of up to 80,000 pounds.
