For more than 45 years, chemical manufacturers and systems providers nationwide have relied on Buckeye Fabricating Company to produce the highest-quality pressure vessels and process tanks available anywhere. We use a CNC plasma cutter to guarantee the highest degree of accuracy for the location and fit-up sizing of all tank cutouts, including our stainless steel tanks, storage tanks, process tanks, mixing tanks and ASME pressure vessels. The system also has line-marking capability to ensure that all attachments are accurately located. This equipment can hold up to 1-inch thick stainless steel, performs flat plate cutouts 10 feet wide x 30 feet long, and can handle dished-head surfaces up to 10 feet in diameter on a third, Z-axis. We can fabricate custom process tanks as large as 12 feet in diameter, 40 feet long, with an empty weight of up to 20,000 pounds.
